1 Introduction & Applicability

• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, mobile number, and address when registering.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact bdd89 Support immediately.
• Bdd89 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

3 Age Verification & Eligibility

To use the bdd89 platform, you must be at least 18 Years This platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18 years of age.

Bdd89 may request a national ID, passport, or other government-issued document for age verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until age verification is complete.

If an account holder is found to be underage, the account will be suspended immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

4 Deposit & Payment Policy

5 Withdrawal Policy & Process

To withdraw from bdd89, you must first complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This is a one-time process that confirms your identity.

• Withdrawal requests are typically 1 to 3 hours processed within.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings derived from a bonus.
• Bdd89 reserves the right to hold withdrawals from suspicious accounts until an investigation is complete.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 1,00,000.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Welcome Bonus: Applicable to new members on their first deposit only.

7 Betting Rules

• Using software, bots, or automated systems.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Harassment of other players or inappropriate conduct.
• Submitting false or forged documents.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Bdd89 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• If identity or payment verification cannot be completed.
• If the account has had no activity for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Upon receipt of a court order or government directive.
• If fraud or illegal activity is suspected.

You may also request to close your account at any time. Any remaining balance (if applicable and valid) will be refunded.

10 Limitation of Liability

Bdd89 is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Delayed transactions due to issues with third-party payment systems.
• Unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government restrictions.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence.

11 Responsible Gaming
